Lake

We had a fun trip to Lake of the Ozarks.  It was planned to be our last hurrah before school starts and we lose our two favorite oldest children to college.  We let the kids all choose a friend to invite if they wanted to.  Wyatt brought Vincent (great choice!  He is such an easy kid to have around), Eliza brought Ellen (almost a sister), and Mariah brought Madison (almost our triplet).  Willa decided she would have more fun with her sisters and their friends than anyone closer to her age and as usual, she was probably right.  We didn't really plan to do anything besides hang out with each other, float on the lake and play games.  It was just right.

Never one to miss a workout, Alan found a perfect place for pull-ups.

    I have a new appreciation for how beautiful the Lake of the Ozarks is. Great fun! Beautiful pictures! Great idea to let the kids bring a friend. Instant entertainment. No boredom.
