Willa Jane performed in her first piano recital at the end of last month. She has been playing for a couple of years, but this was her first real recital. She played Rainbow Song and On the Run, and did great. She didn't even act nervous. The only thing that seems to give her butterflies is her soccer coach, who is entirely too serious about the game for Willa's taste. She ended a great season Saturday with an amazing defensive assist but has decided to take a break from soccer until next year, when she hopes there will be a new coach.
I am having a hard time visualizing Willa with butterflies. This confident girl can't be intimidated by some silly soccer coach, how dare he!! Well whatever the case, I do hope she gets a different coach next year! She looks great at the piano. Are you starting Wyatt with piano anytime soon, what is your plan with him?
